Everyone knows Outback’s iconic complimentary bread — a fan favorite that has become part of the brand experience itself. In 2021, the brand introduced Outbread: a larger, take-home version of the famous Australian bread, created for those who simply couldn’t get enough of it.
To strengthen the product’s positioning and highlight attributes such as originality, craving appeal, and brand recognition, we developed an always-on strategy designed to keep Outbread consistently present in culture, social conversations, and consumers’ minds.
